Daniel P. Ruggiero

Dan Ruggiero is a civil litigator with a great deal of experience trying cases in courtrooms throughout southern Ohio. He began his career with the Ohio Attorney General's Office in Columbus serving as Assistant Chief of the Special Litigation and Transportation Sections. Dan's practice areas  include: personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, general civil litigation,  public sector law and estate work. Mr. Ruggiero has over 40 years of experience practicing law and has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer. He is "A" rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Ruggiero is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and was a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Board of Governors.
